Nice to pay tribute to the legendary Namco Arcade Stick!! (and ironic that it’s made by MadKatz when the original was made by Hori)
The quality old Namco Arcade Stick isn’t too great by today’s standard, but was head and shoulders above everything else at its time. Housing was very solid, the stick was ok (though it’s no Sanwa), although the buttons do feel very cheap and the PCB was stuck to the buttons.
I actually bought another one recently as the form factor is ideal for me (small enough to easily fit in my bag whilst still leaving room for lots of stuff, and very light!), although I know the larger sticks are more stable and easier to handle for most players (which is why HRAP and TE are so popular).
With small sticks, you need to be quite gentle to make sure they don’t move around too much.
