Bullshit. I’m so sick of my arcade not putting out for T6. They are apparently waiting to see if there is going to be an actually US release before they think about geting the Internation Version. GAY!

I played like around 50 games all together today
I’ll be going back to Super tomorrow morning and I would like to give an impression after a couple hours of more play. I find it really fun so far, but we’ll see in the next couple of days how good or bad it could be.
O_O? haha

From what MYK posted to me in the TZ SOCAL thread, the arcade machine is a fully dedicated single player Asian International edition. It’s a single monitor machine and has a 2 player control panel.
This is the same machine that was shown by Namco at IAAPA in Florida and the same one that is showing up all over Asia except in Korea/Japan.

Aris raped us all so bad with his Dragunov.
MYK screwed us over with Bob.
And Kane landed Lili’s juggle into a wall throw.
Fun and exciting night.
Game kinda plays out at a different pace so it takes a few games to adapt, but all in all it was fun.
I think Suiken mentioned that the Super owner was going to add on the usb ports for controllers and whatnot in about a month or so.

I should also mention that the machine eats tokens.
So insert your tokens slowly, one at a time.
T6 made like 30 dollars or more solely off of eating tokens.

It’s good that the amount of Tekken 6 arcades in the USA is going up, a little.
I can’t wait for it to come to North Carolina!

got word from the owner today and the single cabinet with the side-by-side setup was $13,000. I think I read 20K somewhere but I was kinda surprised that it was 13K not like thats cheap but cheaper than I expected.

I’ll just suffer more watching vids. I doubt I’ll ever see it here in Utah. Ever. Console version for the….win…. :(

If South Cal has an arcade cabinet, and Houston, then I think AZ MIGHT have one as well. It’s just a matter of time (since AZ is almost beside Cali, and South Cali is NEAR AZ, so why not XD?)
March 22, 2008 at 2:54 pm
it’s not like they released it in the US
Tx and Socal got it from overseas and were both playing on the Int. Version, which is the same version that Korean, China, Philippines, Australia, etc… are playing on.
If anyone else from the US is trying to get it you have to ask your arcade owner to order it from overseas

Damn… Why is this game so addicting.. Took awhile to adapt to the new pace (8-10frame jabs for Law etc), but omg, rage mode makes it so much more fun to watch. Too good.

sup mark..i wana buy tekken6 but with out the monitor just the mother board hit me back up cuz nyc cant wait no more…
March 27, 2008 at 4:43 pm
liquid, yo!
Unfortunately, right now all Asian distributors are sold out…
The only place I know of one for sale is in LA, but the price is too steep and it’s the JPN version.
I suggest getting in contact with Henry Cen (Censei) as he’d probably know more about the Asian vendors/distributors than I do… Plus he’s in NY…
